The high intensity cardio, also called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) only needs 20 to 30 minutes at best; this training will not only burn fats and calories, but is also able to boost the performance of your metabolism system all day long. One of the easiest yet hardest training included in the category is jumping rope. Not only that it burns more calories, such cardio exercise will improve body performance in terms of agility, speed, coordination, endurance, lateral movements and more.

Cardio exercise is a continuing process; many times, you will also need to increase the intensity and modify the movements to maintain and improve the great results.
